Valve's Steam Intergalactic Summer Sale Kicks Off with Huge Game Discounts

Valve kicked off today its Steam Summer Sale, which promises to bring big game discounts for many popular titles from a wide-range of developers over the next two weeks.

Dubbed Steam Intergalactic Summer Sale, the campaign starts today, June 21st and ends on July 5th, 2018. Besides huge discounts for numerous games available on Valve's Steam digital distribution platform, the sale will also allow gamers to unlock free titles by playing Valve's Summer Saliens Game.

Valve named this year's sale Steam Intergalactic Summer Sale after the Summer Saliens Game it developed specifically for it, where gamers can team up with other "Saliens" to fight the so-called The Dulddrumz across multiple planets in an attempt to free as many games as possible.
