How would I Search On the Directory /var/www

Let's say I had this code injected in a number of files on the web server:

@require(dirname(FILE).'/php/malware.php');

All I have is shell access, how would I search on the directory "/var/www" to find all files that have this piece of code on it?

How would I remove it without going into each file?

What's the command ?
