I saw this on Flathub, it's a new GTK4 image editor. It's proprietary and gave me a 30 day trial. Its description reads:
Fog Panther is a professional raster graphics editor designed for digital artists, photographers, and designers. It provides a familiar, industry-standard interface with powerful features for image manipulation and creation.
Key features include:
Non-destructive layer-based editing with 24 blend modes

Layer masks for precise editing control
Text tool with full Unicode and RTL language support
Professional filters: levels, curves, hue/saturation, and more

CMYK color mode support for print workflows
Unlimited undo/redo with visual history

Can't help but wonder if any part of it is based on GIMP. Their third-party licenses in the program show only LGPL-licensed libraries though.
