Dual booting. Work reasons

Hello! Unfortunately i cant fully switch to linux doe to work related apps ( exo-cad). I want to dual boot, i have a 1tb ssd m.2 for windows and a 2tb m.2 for bazzite.

From the research i did so far, i know that i have to install windows fisrt and linux after to be able to create the grub, BUT does this case still apply if i dont want grub? I will not be required to switch the OS more than 1 or maybe 2 times a day, depending on the ammount of work. I dont mind it If all i have to do is just boot into bios every time i need to swithch.

Is there anything else i should know?

Can i just disable / disconnect ssd A, install bazzite, reconnect and do the same with ssd B to install windows? Will i be able to choose the boot priority after connecting both ssd's?
