Subject: The ship held.
Power surge. Autoformer destroyed. AC dead. 43 containers back in 20 minutes. LLC filed the same week. The full story is on the blog — this one's meaty.
What's in this one:
- A power surge took out hardware. The self-hosted stack auto-recovered 43 containers before I finished assessing the damage.
- Cloudflared QUIC tunnel fix that had been haunting the stack for weeks — permanently resolved.
- Jellyfin security update — 4 CVEs patched same day as the advisory dropped.
- Sholmire Consulting LLC officially filed. The RV has a business entity now.
- The MCP write pipeline went live — my AI instances can write to persistent memory without manual intervention.
Every win on that list came out of something that broke first. That's the pattern. That's the whole series.
