So I built a Claude skill that stops that.

Resume-tailor is a skill for agents that tailors resumes, cover letters, and interview prep to any job posting in under 10 minutes. It's built around three rules:

Evidence over adjectives (no "passionate," no "dynamic")

Signal over length (every sentence answers "why does this matter for this role?")

Tailored, never templated (a unique hook for each company)
