I am thrilled to introduce Nava Sanskritam (.ns) — a programming language designed to bridge the gap between ancient Sanskrit linguistics (Maharishi Panini’s grammar) and modern computer science.
After months of hard work at NavaSanganakah Multiventures, we have officially launched Nava-Kridaanganam (नव्या-क्रीडाङ्गणम्) — a live web playground where you can write, compile, and run Sanskrit code directly in your browser!
Why Sanskrit for Coding?
Sanskrit is often cited as one of the most structured and "computer-friendly" languages due to its rigorous grammatical rules. Nava Sanskritam leverages this structural integrity to create a logical, deep, and precise programming experience.

Instead of traditional English keywords, we use logic-based Sanskrit terms that make the code feel like a mathematical poem:
• अस्ति (Asti): Used for variable declarations.
• विधिः (Vidhih): Defining functions/methods.
• आह्वानम् (Aahwaanam): Calling functions.
• चलाओ (Run): The final execution command.
