Take a real example. When you start the gym, you are very motivated for the first 5 days. But you don’t see any change in the mirror. Then your brain says, “This is not working”. Although scientifically, it takes time to build muscle, consistent effort. But you quit before you see the result.

The same thing happens in work.

“I will only complete the header today”

Second, accept the boring part.

When the work starts to get boring, that’s when the real work starts. There is no shortcut to skipping this phase.

Third, make it a habit to finish.

Finish even if it’s not perfect. Because finishing gives your brain a completion reward, which helps you continue the next time.

Ask yourself a simple question.

What was the last thing you completed?
