Replied yes to what seems to be a phishing email. Next steps?

2 days ago I canceled my starz account and It already issued the refund to my paypal yesterday but this morning a recieved this email. I was tired and I saw that it had a transcription from my chat with the person who helped me cancel on the website so I responded "yes". Posted in 2 groups and someone asked me to contact stars chat (this was like an hour or 2 after replying yes). Once i did they said they would never do thst. Ive changed password with bank, paypal, starz, and the google account i replied from. what else should I lock down or what other steps should i take?
