This script presents a one-hour free course on using ChatGPT Codex (highlighting the GPT 5.6 Sol model) to build and automate projects locally or in the cloud, manage token usage, and run multiple projects in parallel. It demonstrates starting a new project folder, using plan mode vs action mode, forking conversations, previewing local builds, and connecting plugins such as presentations, Gmail, and computer use. Examples include creating a productized SEO agency e-commerce website from brand assets and a proposal deck, generating and emailing a slide deck, drafting and sending emails (including daily scheduled Gmail drafts via agent loops), automating a School social post through browser control, building an agent operating system dashboard and a gamified habit tracker app, and creating animated promo videos using an open-source ReMotion skill with scheduled daily video production.
