How does Nvidia makes data center GPU (data centers that probably run on Linux) but doesn't make good drivers for Linux ?

This is something I always think about, Nvidia makes a lot of data centers gpus, but doesn't give good drivers for Linux, even tho most data centers run on Linux, do they make special drivers for their data center gpus ?
