One amazing feature of Windows that Linux has NEVER had: the dynamically color-changing, inverted mouse cursor

I have never seen this in any Linux distro: if you set Windows' default mouse cursor to merely its inverted version, it dynamically colors itself the opposite of whatever you move the cursor over.
