mouse button problem

I'm trying to get my mouse to behave in a particular way. Right now double left click selects a word and triple left click selects a line, and middle button pastes. If I triple left click (hold the button down) and drag my mouse down it'll scroll and copy.

I would like to be able to triple left click, left go of the button, scroll up and down on my own, and right check where I want the copy to stop, and be able to middle click paste. Any ideas how to do that?
