SSD prices could finally crash in 2027, while NVIDIA’s new DLSS 5 is taking AI gaming in a completely different direction. Two major PC hardware stories are developing at the same time, and both could have a big impact on gamers and PC builders.

In this video, we break down NVIDIA DLSS 5, its new 3D-Guided Neural Rendering technology, RTX 50 Series exclusivity, Multi Frame Generation, and the potential performance cost of using AI to modify lighting and visual details in games. We also look at why DLSS 5 is fundamentally different from traditional DLSS upscaling and what it could mean for the future of PC gaming and game optimization.

Then we dive into the coming SSD price drop. NAND flash supply could begin outpacing demand in 2027 as manufacturers increase production and smartphone and laptop demand weakens. China’s YMTC is also aggressively expanding NAND production and challenging Samsung and SK hynix, potentially putting even more pressure on SSD prices.
