Microsoft Azure: Test your Azure apps against real outages: Introducing Chaos Studio workspaces

Azure Chaos Studio helps teams find weaknesses before real outages do by safely simulating failure conditions in Azure.



In this demo, Nikhil Kaul and Ashley introduce Chaos Studio Workspaces and Scenarios, then show the complete experience in the Azure portal: create a scoped Workspace, choose a ready-made Cache Stampede Scenario, run and monitor multiple failures, and generate a portable report for incident reviews, compliance, and stakeholder communication.



You’ll also see how to customize a DNS outage Scenario and automate resilience testing through APIs, SDKs, CI/CD pipelines, Copilot CLI, and MCP-compatible agents.
