[Mod Request] I would like to ask the mods of this subreddit to create one sticky post regarding the current Deepin situation

I was accused of multiple small posts instead of one big post regarding Deepin. I agree, I am not a politician or a good planner so I post things as I "unearth" them.

So, I think we should have a sticky official Deepin mega post for a few days on this subreddit to sort things out.

It would be best to even ask the Deepin developers via their subreddit or some other way - to respond to this controversial situation ranging from the EULA in the installer to breaking other licenses in Deepin and other problematic issues with Deepin.

For people interested, here is an overview by one of the members of the Chinese FOSS scene (presumably one of the ex Deepin developers himself) who goes quite in depth on Deepin and its problems from the licensing issues to the government connection: to create such megatopic so things could, hopefully, be sorted out.
