Go to Google on a desktop and search the definition of any word.

But if you searched the same word few days ago, it would've shown you something like this.



They just changed one click, big deal right?



That small difference is enough to give you a more than forty percent chance that people don't click on your website even if its sits at the top of the rest of the blue links.



Why? Because users would most likely find the answer they are looking for in the AI overviews.



And with the "Ask Me Anything" option pushed in front of them, they're more likely to ask the AI to recommend products or services than scroll through different website links.



So if the answer is already given before anyone reaches the link you worked so hard to rank, the only solution left is to become the answer.



The first step to achieving it is to understand if AI is recommending you or not.



And no you cannot check that by searching "Best Flower Shop in LA".



You need a tool like Ubersuggest to show you how visible you are inside AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini.
