Ubuntu time is constantly out of sync

And because I use 2FA, this is a real problem. It doesn't sync until I login back in. But I sometimes can't login due to the time being out of sync.

It seems to constantly put my at London time zone, when I should be in New York

Anyway to make it more reliable?
