Huge recent breach of over 750m email and pw combos on haveibeenpwned. How can I pinpoint which site i need to change the pw on?

So my ancient email address of 10+ years has been involved in one “breach” according to haveibeenpwned for the past 2 years. Today i went on and found that is was involved in a second breach.

Good thing is i use complex unique passwords for every site and a password manager as well as 2FA. however i have that email tied to an unknown number of sites and its impossible to tell which password i need to change. It would be a huge hassle and very time consuming to change them all.

I am also not completely sure about entering any passwords onto haveibeenpwned to check i don’t know i just don’t think I would be comfortable doing that.

Anyone know how to pinpoint which pw needs changed?
