Xbox One, Xbox Live Go Down in Black Week for Microsoft

Microsoft has a hard time keeping its services up and running, and after Office 365 went down twice in the last week, the company now has to deal with another outage hitting Xbox One and Xbox Live.

A number of Xbox One users reported black screens when turning on the gaming console, and Microsoft confirmed in a tweet that it’s aware some devices no longer booted to the main screen.

“We are aware of reports of Xbox One console startup, title update and sign-in errors. We will keep everyone informed once we have more information to share. Thank you all for your patience,” the company said in its tweet.
