Nikon COOLPIX A1000 Firmware 1.1 Is Up for Grabs - Download Now

Today, Nikon has made available a new firmware package compatible with its COOLPIX A1000 digital camera, namely version 1.1, which manages to remove a bug that affected audio for movies filmed under certain conditions.

In addition to that, the current update removes the bluish cast seen in photos taken with Auto (normal or warm lighting) selected in White balance, and make sure frame advance rates don’t slow down as shutter speeds became faster (in Continuous H, M, and L release modes).


Moreover, firmware 1.1 ensures the camera is working perfectly during burst RAW photography (or during playback), records the location data downloaded via SnapBridge to pictures, and includes other changes as highlighted in the Release Notes below.
