Microsoft’s continuously looking into ways to improve Windows 10 apps, and now the company is providing developers with new functionality that will allow them to make their applications capable of sending notifications only to specific customers.
This comes in handy especially to those who want to provide discounts or price cuts only to a specific category of users, such as those who previously bought the app, so instead of delivering notifications to everyone running the application, developers are now allowed to choose only those who are eligible for the offer.
