Motorola Reveals Phones to Receive Android 7.0 Nougat Update

Motorola’s roadmap for updating smartphones to Android 7.0 Nougat leaked last month, revealing the months when Motorola’s phones will receive the latest Android OS version. Now, it seems that the company has decided to make the information available on its website.

Motorola posted the full list of its smartphones that will receive Android 7.0 Nougat updates. The list includes some of the most powerful smartphones in its line-up.

Motorola’s list includes the 4th Gen Moto G, G Plus and G Play, Moto X Pure Edition (3rd Gen), Moto X Style, Moto X Play, Moto X Force, Droid Turbo 2, Droid Maxx 2, Moto Z, Moto Z Droid and Force Droid, Moto Z Play, Moto Z Play Droid, and the Nexus 6.

Updates will arrive to the smartphones in Q4 and users can visit Moto’s software upgrades page to get more details on specifics by country or carrier.
