LAN to WAN firewall rules - do you block certain ports?

For those who have LAN to WAN rules to the open internet, do you allow all ports or do you restrict these?

For example, only allowing ports 80, 443, 8080, 8443. I'm debating if there are certain outbound ports that should be blocked - maybe like SMTP (25) and ports above 1024 except for common ports like 8080, 8443, or block ports above 10,000.
