Windows Phone Users Updating to Build 14955 Should Keep an Eye on These Bugs

Microsoft recently released Windows 10 build 14955 for PCs and mobile devices enrolled in the fast ring and just as it happens with 99 percent of preview builds, there are also some known issues that users should have in mind when updating.

In the case of Windows phones, Microsoft says that users who previously installed build 14951 successfully should be able to update to the new version flawlessly, explaining that it has already found a workaround for the 0 percent bug that made it impossible for some devices to update.

Additionally, Microsoft says that some insiders are also getting error 0x80242006 when trying to update to the latest builds, but a workaround in this regard is not yet available. The company explains that it’s investigating and more information should be offered soon.
