KB3197954 Likely to Be the Next Public Windows 10 Cumulative Update

Microsoft rolled out Windows 10 cumulative update KB3197954 to some insider PCs one week ago and now it seems like the Slow and Release Preview rings are getting it too on desktop computers – the original release reportedly targeted mobile devices exclusively.

While it’s not yet clear if this update brings anything besides small improvements and fixes here and there, it looks like it pushes Windows 10 version to 14393.351 and it is very likely to be the next public release that everyone will get in the coming days.

This is actually an approach that makes sense for Microsoft given the past history with Windows 10 cumulative updates, as many of them failed to install and only created more problems on some PCs.
