📚 OnePlus One Could Receive Android 7.0 Nougat Soon, Testing in Progress

There's no doubt that OnePlus smartphones have gained their status among the best devices not produced by giants like Samsung or Apple. The forever underdog, OnePlus manufactures its smartphones after its own designs and even puts proprietary software to enhance and differentiate them. The original OnePlus smartphone was launched back June 2014 with Android 4.4.2 KitKat onboard. However, the device received the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update several months ago and that was supposed to be the last major OS update offered by OnePlus. The Chinese company didn't specifically said that it won't provide another major update for the original OnePlus, but considering that even Google pushes OS updates to its Nexus devices for 2-years tops, it makes sense to assume that the original OnePlus won't be updated to Android 7.0 Nougat.
