Not sure where to post this, Please help

So I'm not really sure how this is happening. Randomly, but mostly during the time I'm gaming, someone starts typing through my keyboard, generally trying to mess up my gaming. At first, I thought it was just my keyboard messing up or going haywire, but then yesterday I finally saw an IP address( I downloaded Comodo too see if it was an intruder).

Yesterday after finding the I and confirming it was a person doing it, I was able to open notepad and let the commands come through. Then they started typing, very vulgar things. Mostly things people say that don't know English well but still try to cuss. I saved the file in case of future communication. I saw the IP was in Nigeria and I blocked it and monitored all in and out connections.

It happened again, just now. But the odd thing about all this is, the first time it happened(I recorded it on my phone) I disconnected my LAN cable from my computer and it doesn't have wifi, yes it kept going. Today it happened while I had my VPN running and I opened notepad again where they started cussing at me. until i blocked the now connected IP.

How is someone able to connect to me with me monitoring it all, behind a VPN and still sending commands when i am not connected to the internet.

Also, How do I fix this? I've run full scans from Comodo, and some scans with Advanced System Care.

TL : DR Someone is able to connect to my computer through possibly a RAT even with a VPN on, and I can't find it or stop it. Please Help
