Keep getting "suspicious activity" warnings

For the past few weeks I've been getting emails from different platforms such as Reddit, PayPal, Spotify and Apple about the same issue "suspicious activity" and then the account gets blocked until I make a new password.

This doesn't happen to my social media (yet) and I dont even notice anything about a breach apart from the mails ive been getting.

The mails I get are legit btw
