Lenovo to Launch Windows Phone after Blasting Microsoft for Mobile Strategy

Microsoft expressed its commitment to Windows 10 Mobile on several occasions, and the company said that it’s supporting partners who want to build devices running this OS, but until now, the number of firms interested in such a thing is not at all overwhelming.

Furthermore, some of the firms that considered building a Windows Phone, as it’s the case of Lenovo, criticized Microsoft for its mobile strategy, explaining that not even the software giant believes in its mobile platform strong enough to release devices running it.

And yet, it turns out that Lenovo is actually ready to invest in Windows 10 Mobile and the company is now close to releasing a device that runs the operating system.

A company executive confirmed that the SoftBank 503LV would be introduced this month, after several teasers that made it to the web earlier this year.
