Is there any benefit in switching to Duo from Authy for a low security user as myself???

For starters, I'm not a high security need type of person. I'm not famous, I'm not rich, but I also never want to regret lack of security with my online stuff. I downloaded and started with Authy last night and don't see any issues with it but this morning while researching more I come across DUO which appears to offer a simple push notification.

Is this a widely accepted/used feature? Their video showed it as a super simply yes/no popup on a cell phone rather than having to enter a code from the app. I unfortunately haven't found much info outside of that.

Is this really as simple as it seems? Are push notifications a thing in Authy that I don't know about? Would I gain anything else by switching to DUO from Authy? (I've only setup two accounts so if I'm going to make a switch I want to do it now before I start enabling for all my accounts.)
