My email was used to sign up for Jimmy Johns online ordering, and I found a phone number possibly of the person who signed up

Hi, I don’t know if this is a serious issue or not, but I have an old email with a silly name that I made in middle school, and I don’t use it much except for signing up for newsletters and such, so I’m not too concerned. But today I got an email from Jimmy Johns online ordering thanking me for signing up and someone who entered their name as “Zwbzsh Iumpi” listed my email as their own. I didn’t click on any links in the email, but I opened a new tab to go to Jimmy Johns Online Ordering to see if there was a way to solve the problem. I ended up logging in but hitting “I forgot my password,” then reset the password to something random. So then I log in to the account to see if I can see anything more about the person who signed up. They entered a phone number, it was (285) 583-4624. I haven’t called it and don’t plan to, but I deleted the Jimmy Johns account and changed my email’s password just in case, but I haven’t been alerted of any log-ins from Google. Is this something I should be worried about?
