Mac user here. What’s the best way to go about learning for the following certs?

I have a BASc with a concentration on Network Assurance and Security. I want to now pursue certs and was looking to obtain the following in the order listed:

Network+, Security+, CySA+, PenTest+, and CASP+

I’m using a 2014 MacBook Pro 15” Retina. Should I obtain a different computer or will I be able to learn/study for these exams using my existing computer? If I have to purchase new hardware, that’s fine. I just want to make sure I’m buying what’s needed.
