Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB3200970 Keeps Causing Issues on PCs

Microsoft rolled out Windows 10 cumulative update KB3200970 on Patch Tuesday, and shortly after that, we reported to you that it failed to install on some systems, as it experienced the same problems as many of its predecessors.

Fast forward one week and here we are with KB3200970 still experiencing the same problems and becoming pretty much impossible to install via Windows Update on a number of computers.

One of our computers here at Softpedia seems to be suffering from installation issues with KB3200970 as well, as the update is repeatedly being offered, even though everything seems to be working correctly at system reboot.
