It just got a free holiday radio pack on consoles.
You can download it by searching the Microsoft Store.
You can play Cities: Skylines through Xbox Game Pass.


Today, publisher Paradox Interactive launched the "Carols, Candles, and Candy" pack for Cities: Skylines on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The free download adds five new Christmas Carols to existing in-game radio stations.
