Yet another instance. Why do companies make it so hard to report scams/fraud?

Mobile formatting etc, yadda yadda.

Yet again, mail through the door for unknown recipient carries logos of one of these awful high APR credit for 'latest fashion' tat companies. Head to their website to report and a simple website search of 'fraud' returns 'your search for "fraud" returned no results, but we did find the following matches for "Fred Perry".

FML, no contact us/report/email/etc etc.

For these companies that exist purely online for mail-order physical goods, does anyone think they'll ever learn to make reporting issues easier, or does their insurance blindly cover the lost goods cost? I know the banks in my country don't cover this shit anymore, so why does it still exist?

Yes, I've been sole official/lrgal/etc occupant for over a decade and still get these for names who never lived here.
