Microsoft Surface Book Receives November 2016 Firmware and Drivers Pack

Microsoft has made available the download link for its November 17, 2016, cumulative firmware and driver update package developed for its Surface Book device, which improves the unit’s system stability through new NVIDIA GeForce GPU (21.21.13.6961) driver.

In addition to that, the present update package also installs the 90.1380.768.0 Surface UEFI version that improves stability one more, as well as a new Intel Precise Touch Device driver, namely version 1.2.0.70, which reduces false touch events when the device is closed.

When it comes to applying this release, the task can be performed either automatically through Microsoft’s Windows Update service or manually by downloading and installing the update packages.
