Ping vs other IAM solutions?

Hello everyone, I am meeting Ping Enterprise sales reps in the next week and I am trying to get an idea about how Ping compares to other IAM solutions out there (Okta etc) as well as some older solutions from your good ole Oracle and CA.

I want to be asking the right questions to their rep so thought I might ask people here about about what is differentiated about their products and if it makes sense to adopt IDaaS etc so would appreciate any insight.

For context, we are looking for SSO (3k+ employees globally) as well as identity management for e-Commerce site. We have a hybrid cloud architecture, 80% of our workloads are on-prem though cloud workloads are increasing.
