Have I been hacked? Help please!

Recently downloaded outlook app on my phone (about three weeks ago) and have been having hackers ‘unsuccessful syncs’ for a while (only realised today), but Microsoft alerted me that someone in Thailand (I’m in UK) has ‘automatically synced’/‘successfully synced’ from an IMAP but it was detected as suspicious activity.

It’s an old email from 10+ years ago but I use it for junk things online. I’ve changed password of email and anything important as well. The email has been on several haveibeenpwned.com sites (lol).

Should I be worried? Has someone accessed my account or has Microsoft stopped it by flagging them as ‘suspicious activity’ ? Checked every inch of my hotmail and doesn’t look like any emails have been sent out but lord knows.
