Building web-page for Eddystone Beacon for mobile device data collection

Eddystone Beacons broadcast a URL that any mobile device will load as a background task. I know this sounds like some nasty privacy kinda crap - but I would like to use this to collect some meta about the clients that connect to it - like anything the browser in a mobile device can share without user interaction. Preferably even the email address or phone number - or even the advertising ID of the client.

In my test server I'm seeing basic client meta - browser ID strings - anyone have a suggestion for getting more our of the client? or perhaps a site that focuses on client-data collection from webservers?
