Microsoft Edge beta for iOS joins Android with new icon

The Edge beta for iOS is jumping on the new icon train.

What you need to know


The new Edge icon is now available on iOS.
Beta testers on iOS can grab the icon with the latest update.
Presumably, the new icon will launch for everyone around January 15 alongside the Chromium Edge for desktop launch.


The Microsoft Edge beta on iOS now has a new icon that's in line with the icon Microsoft started rolling out to Edge testers on desktop in late 2019. The icon revamp comes ahead of the full launch for the new Edge on desktop on January 15. It also follows the Android beta getting a similar icon revamp earlier this week.
