Apologies if this is a stupid question, but I was thinking about this while drifting off to sleep last night and can't seem to find a yes/no to if this would be a security best practice.
It seems to me that the ability to have a unified login could be a positive assuming this is a simple user authentication. I feel like the benefits of having a unified credential set and ability to have things like 2FA enabled are a net benefit.
Am I missing something obvious about SSO that makes it less secure than a distinct UN/PW across sites/services?
