Although many reports and surveys claim the two Galaxy Note 7 recalls barely hurt Samsung's brand at a global level, there are a number of customers who have decided to sue the South Korean company for various reasons.
Despite the fact that Samsung fans remain loyal to the handset maker and would buy another Galaxy Note immediately if their favorite company will launch one tomorrow, about 2,400 customers in South Korea have filed a class action lawsuit against Samsung, Zdnet reports.
Each of these customers who previously owned the Galaxy Note 7 is asking Samsung for 500,000 won ($428) in compensation. Apparently, they are upset that they had to visit stores at least four times to replace their Galaxy Note 7 units.
