Google just released Harness² (harness squared), a free open-source tool that makes AI agents better at real work without a new model. Same brain, better setup: up to +11.5 points on office work (WorkBuddy-Bench), +4.5 on JobBench and +11.8 on LAB, all from a single round of improvement. In this video I break down how it works: the propose → probe → compose loop, the 8 parts of an agent's setup it can rewrite, and the hidden second loop that makes every job teach the next one.
