Microsoft: How TK Elevator technicians use agentic AI to prepare for every job

TK Elevator is using agentic AI, created with Azure AI Foundry and Azure Databricks, to brief its service technicians before they reach the elevator and capture what they learn through a voice debriefing agent. Paired with insights from its Digital Operations Centers, the agents help technicians arrive better prepared for jobs while capturing and sharing knowledge with colleagues around the world.
