A NestJS 11 → 12 upgrade runs clean. npm install, nest build, no TypeScript errors, no deprecation warnings. Then the app won't boot: Error: Nest can't resolve dependencies of the TenantApiKeyGuard (?). Please make sure that the argument at index [0] is available in the AuthModule context.
