YARA-X 1.22.1 Release, (Sat, Oct 31st)

YARA-X's 1.22.1 is a bugfix version, it brings 2 bugfixes. Notice that there was also a release of YARA: 4.6.0, and that this release does not include the YARA-X improvement that adds built-in functions to read 64-bit integers: int64, int64be, uint64, and uint64be.
