Microsoft Mechanics: Migrate Conditional Access Policies to Policy Plans

Can you move existing Conditional Access policies into a plan without disrupting access? The Microsoft Entra migration tool finds what your selected policies have in common, makes those shared conditions, and turns each policy into a rule with its own identities, resources, locations, grant and session settings. Your original policies stay in place and enforced until you enforce the new plan. Then you turn them off or delete them.
