Siri is finally becoming a real AI assistant, but Apple has a big problem. At WWDC 2026, Apple revealed a rebuilt Siri AI with personal context, screen awareness, Visual Intelligence, writing tools, cross-device conversations, and deeper integration across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Vision Pro. But investors were not impressed, Apple shares fell after the keynote, the new Siri AI is reportedly tied to Google Gemini, and the EU will not get it on iPhones and iPads at launch.

🚨 Why It Matters
Apple is trying to turn Siri from a basic voice assistant into a real AI layer for the iPhone. The upgrade could finally make Siri useful again, but the Google Gemini connection, EU delay, and cold market reaction raise a much bigger question: is Apple catching up in AI, or just packaging rival technology inside a cleaner Apple experience?
