A cleanup job was supposed to run every five minutes. The crontab was saved at 10:03. The next log lines were 10:05 and 10:10. That gap is the schedule. */5 in the minute field begins at 0 and steps by five: 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, and 55. Saving the file does not store a countdown.
